Technical consultant, Mike Bellm, left, at the Bergara Barrels/DIKAR factory in Spain with junior engineer, Inigo, 2009.
While not meeting with other vendors, much of our time was spent working at the Bergara Barrels booth.

Behind every great man there is a great woman, and in this case that great woman is Stephanie whose hands fill a big percentage of your orders.
I'm proud to call them "my kids."

It was a joy working with such a congenial group dedicated to your enjoyment of CVA guns and Bergara barrels. Great folks..... each and every one of them!

Seldom were we all at the booth at the same time, but we did get pix of part of the crew.
Black powder CVA pro staffer & TV celebrity Tony SmothermanThat big grin is typical of Tony. Great guy & on fire about CVA muzzle loaders!
Check out The Travelin Hunter himself.
CVA pro staff celebrities and hosts of the Shoot Straight TV program, Chad and Marsha Shearer were on hand also, but unfortunately they were so busy most of the time that we were not able to stop them for pix at the show.
Marsha has some great outdoor and game cooking recipes on their website. She kept us WELL fed.
Check out her recipes! Her Team Realtree Bacon Boil in a Bag Omelet caught my attention. I love omelets, and I'll bet this one would be every bit as tasty cooked over a camp fire as it is handy to prepare before a hunt.
Shoot Straight with Chad & Marsha Shearer and sons Walker & Wyatt
Check out their site for guest appearances, tips on hunting, guide services, videos, and all sorts of hunting and fishing activities across the US and around the world. You just could not ask to meet more solid, down to earth people than Chad and Marsha.
Juan, left, DIKAR plant manager, working with a customer while BPI president Nate Treadaway and Aitor are probably discussing an OEM request.
SHOT Show 2012 for us can be summed up simply as one of the most gratifying experiences ever, working with and getting to know some of the most congenial, focused, and dedicated people I have had the privilege of knowing in all my years "in the trade." Again, great folks, every one!
